Scripture: 1 Corinthians 6:12-20
The city of Corinth was a key seaport city in the Roman Empire’s trade route. Like many other wealthy crossroads cities, it had a reputation for immorality, religious diversity and corruption. A lot like our culture today. As we read this letter to another group of Christians in another church from another century, let’s watch for principles or teachings that apply to our church community here in Dunkirk.
As we finish 1 Corinthians chapter 6 Paul will addresses another issue facing members of the church – sexual immorality.

Free but not everything is good for me.
Free but nothing should control me.
Social freedom is not real freedom.

Are you struggling in the area of sexual sin? What have you done about it?

What is your heart soaking in?
Have you accepted God’s offer of salvation?
