Fundamentals of the Faith Class
13 Lessons to Grow in the Grace and Knowledge of Jesus Christ
Sunday mornings at 11 am through the summer, a group of people will gather together for a ‘Fundamentals of the Faith’ class. Thirteen foundational lessons blend basic biblical truths with personal obedience and service. This is a safe place to ask questions and better understand your faith.
Many young believers take these classes to grow in their understanding of biblical truths. Christians who have been saved for many years will also find this refresher course to be an encouragement and refocusing of spiritual truths. Anyone new to First Baptist Church will find this a helpful class to learn what we believe from God’s Word in a open, discussion-based environment.
With topics ranging from the character of God to church participation, it’s an ideal study for discipling new believers or returning to the basics of what it means to be a disciple of Jesus Christ.
A $5 workbook is an essential element to this class. Please sign up or contact the church office for more information.
Open to adults and mature teens.
